When will my order ship?
This depends on the number of orders pending in our warehouse. Orders can generally go out within two business days. If the order is placed at a show it will ship on the date provided on the sales order with authorization from the customer.
When will I be charged for my order?
Orders are not charged until the day they are shipped out.
How do I track my shipment?

Do the baskets come with liners?
Not all of the baskets/containers come with liners. In the description under each item it states whether the basket or container has a liner or not. If a liner is needed and it doesn’t come with the item, you must inform us and you will be charged. If it does not come with a liner it is not guaranteed that we can find you one that will fit properly. Liner cost varies and will be adjusted accordingly.
What will my shipping costs be?
We have a few shipping companies that we get our rates from. Once the best rate is found, we apply it to the order. Their rate is based on several factors that change daily. There is no way to know exactly what the rate will be until the order is pulled and packed. If you would like an estimated cost, please contact our office and we will do our best to provide you with that.
Can I have my order expedited?
Yes, you will need to contact our office though and inform us that you need the order right away. Shipping timing will remain the same unless you inform us otherwise. If expedited shipping is needed, you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.
What is your return policy?
All claims must be filed within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You must contact us and you will be given a claim sheet to be filled out. For damaged items you will be asked to send pictures of the item. Once submitted, the claim will be assessed and determined whether or not there will be a credit or refund applied to the account.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, bring your ideas to life with a custom order! You can add your logo or writing to any desired product within limitation. The minimum quantity for a special project is 200 pieces per order. We have a wide range of colors and products to choose from. Not all of our products we sell can be customized. Contact us anytime with the exact size and design style you’d like. If you already have a design, you can send it to us and we can provide templates in PDF. Once you choose the items you want to get customized and approve the quote, send us your design instructions. The more specific you are, the smoother and easier the process will be. Processing times from start to finish can take anywhere from 3-6 months, so give yourself ample amount of time.
